摘 要:为研究鄱阳湖五河入湖口浮游藻类群落特征及营养现状,于2011年2、5、8、11月份对鄱阳湖五河入湖口进行了采样分析。4次调查共观察到浮游藻类5门52属86种,以绿藻门种类最多,占总数的39.53%,其次是硅藻门,占32.56%;浮游藻类细胞密度的变化范围为(10.25×105~24.75×105)个/L;生物量变化范围为3.045~5.209 mg/L。根据浮游植物数量和生物量判定五河入湖口水质为富营养化;基于生物量的Shannon-Wiener指数、Pielou指数和Margalef指数,并结合同期水质类别结果判定五河入湖口水质为轻度或中度污染。Sampling was tock in February, May, August and November of 2011 in order to analyze the structure of phyto- plankton communities and evaluate the water quality in Five River Estuaries of Poyang Lake. Total 5 phylumes, 52 genuses and 86 species of phytoplankton were identified. Chlorophyta was the predominant phylum accounting for 39.53% of total phy- toplankton, followed by Bacillariophyta, accounting for 32.56%. The density of phytoplankton ranged from 10.25 ×10^5 to 24.75×10^5 cells/L. The biomass ranged from 3.045 to 5.209 mg/L. According to the density and biomass of phytoplankton, it was poposed that the present nutrition status in the Five River Estuaries of Poyang Lake was eutrophication. Based on the Shannon-Wiener, Pielou and Margalef index of biomass and the results of water quality in the same period, it was revealed that the water quality of Five River Estuaries was mild or medium pollution.
