摘  要:以美味猕猴桃品种秦美的组培苗为试材,研究了精胺对高温胁迫下猕猴桃苗耐热性相关抗氧化物质的影响。试验结果表明,高温胁迫下精胺具有增强猕猴桃苗超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、过氧化物酶(POD)、抗坏血酸过氧化物酶(APX)、谷胱甘肽还原酶(GR)和脱氢抗坏血酸还原酶(DHAR)活性的能力,同时也增加了抗坏血酸(AsA)和谷胱甘肽(GSH)的含量,其中以1.00 mmol/L精胺的效果最为显著。The tissue culture seedlings of Actinidia deliciosa C. F. Liang variety Qinmei were used to study the effects of spermine on antioxidant substance related to thermotolerancee under high temperature stress. The results showed that spermine could improve the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), catalase (CAT), peroxidase (POD), ascorbic acid peroxidase (APX), glutathione reductase(GR) and dehydroascorbic acid reductase(DHAR), and at the same time, it could increase the contents of ascorbic acid (AsA) and glutathione (GSH) of kiwifruit seedling leaves under high temperature stress. Hereinto, 1.00 mmol/L spermine had the best effect.
