理囊散中不同提取物的促孕活性研究

摘　　要：试验比较了中药复方理囊散挥发油提取物、乙醇提取物、水提取物对21日龄雌性昆明种小鼠子宫系数和卵巢卵泡发育的影响。结果显示,理囊散乙醇提取物组、挥发油提取物组小鼠的子宫系数及大型卵泡的百分比与空白组小鼠相比差异显著(P<0.05),理囊散水提取物组与空白组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。表明乙醇提取物是中药复方理囊散中起主要作用的成分,挥发油提取物次之。Cyst-regulating powder was a traditional Chinese medicine compound which used to treat ovarian cysts and ovula- tion failure induced dairy dysgenesia. To study its active components, the effects of three extracts on the uterus coefficient and follicular development of 21-days Kunmiug female mice were compared. The results showed that the effects of extracts from alcohol and volatile oil were significantly higher than the blank control group（P〈0.05）. And there had no significant dif- ference between water-soluble group and blank control group （P〉0.05）. It indicated that the main functional components in cyst-regulating powder were alcohol-soluble extracts, followed by volatile oil extracts.
