摘　　要：采用水提、浓缩、醇沉过程制备巨大口蘑(Tricholoma lobynsis)多糖,以对小鼠血脂的影响作用为依据,测定巨大口蘑多糖对血脂的抑制作用。结果表明,从巨大口蘑所提取出的多糖对小鼠血脂低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)具有显著的抑制作用。说明巨大口蘑多糖是一种效果比较明显的降脂活性物质。In this experiment, the polysaccharide was prepared from Tricholoma lobynsis through water extraction, concentra- tion and alcohol precipitation process and then acted on mice to study its lipid-lowering activity. The results showed that the polysaccharide extracted from Tricholoma lobynsis had significant inhibition effects on the blood lipid LDL-C in mice. It indi- cated that the polysaccharide in Tricholoma lobynsis was an active substance with obvious lipid-lowering effects.
