摘 要:采用化学衍生法和GC-MS分析技术测定了东平湖生态系统中的关键种青虾的氨基酸含量。结果表明,青虾中总氨基酸含量较高,达24.92%,含有多种人体必需氨基酸(Essential amino acid,EAA),组成比较均衡,并对青虾各种氨基酸相对含量及组成特征进行了分析,为进一步进行东平湖生态系统的能量流动稳定性研究提供了理论依据。该分析方法快速、简单、灵敏,具有良好的准确度和精密度,适用于常规分析检验。The content of the amino acids in the key species-freshwater shrimp was determinated by chemical derivatization method and GC-MS technique. The results showed the total amino acid content in freshwater shrimp was 24.92%,which con- tained many kinds of essential amino acids (EAA), and the various amino acid levels was proportionate. Various amino acids relative content and composition of freshwater shrimp were analyzed,which could provide reliable data for further study on the stability energy flow of the Dongping lake ecosystem. The method could be used for conventional analysis, which was rapid, simple, accurate and sensitive.
