摘 要:以辣椒(Capsicun annuum L.)子叶和下胚轴为外植体,考察卡那霉素和羧苄青霉素对辣椒愈伤组织诱导和不定芽分化的影响。结果表明,随着培养基中抗生素浓度的提高,辣椒外植体愈伤组织的诱导率逐渐降低,褐化率升高。和卡那霉素相比,羧苄青霉素的影响稍弱,其浓度为500 mg/L时外植体愈伤组织诱导情况仍较好。此外,与下胚轴相比,子叶分化形成不定芽的频率更高。Taking cotyledons and hypocotyls of pepper as explants, the effect of Kanamycin(Kana) and Carbenicilin(Carb) on pepper callus induction were studied. The results showed that Kana and Carb had inhibition effect on the callus induction of pepper explants. With the increase of antibiotics concentration, the callus induction rate decreased while the browning rate increased. Compared to Kana, the effect of Carb was weaker. When Carb concentration was 500 mg/L, the callus induction rate of explants was still quite high. In addition, compared to hypocotyl, the induction rate of adventitious bud from cotyle- don was higher.
