摘 要:将农地划分为流转前的一般农地与流转后的流转农地,并以此为研究对象,构建了农地资源可持续利用评价指标体系,综合运用熵值法、灰色关联法对西安市一般农地和流转农地进行了农地资源可持续利用对比评价。对比结果表明,西安市一般农地和流转农地均处于较低可持续利用水平,农地流转有助于提高农地资源可持续利用水平,但效果不显著。并据此提出了促进西安市流转农地可持续利用水平的政策建议。In this study, the agricultural land was divided into two parts: the ordinary agricultural land and transferable agri- cuhural land. And according to the sustainable use of land resources criteria, which based on productivity, security, protec- tion, viability and acceptability, built sustainable use of resources evaluation index system, the evaluation of the sustainable use of land resources of ordinary agricultural land and transferable agricultural land were evaluated and contrasted, that using entropy evaluation model and grey relation analysis. The result showed that Xi'an city ordinary agricultural land and transfer- able agricultural land were in lower sustainable use levels, the transferring agricultural land was conductive to the enhance- ment of the sustainable use of agricultural land, but the effect was not significant. At last, the authors offered several policy recommendations to promote the sustainable use levels of the circulation of agricultural land in Xi'an city.
