摘 要:超短半径径向水平井技术能使老井复活,大幅度提高油井产量和原油采收率,是油田老井改造、油藏挖潜和稳产增产的有效手段之一,尤其适合于薄油层、垂直裂缝、稠油、低渗透等油藏的开发。卫2-径46井是中原油田第一口实现非锻铣套管开窗的超短半径径向水平井,该井面临无施工经验可借鉴、地层存在不确定性等因素,通过对套管开窗、钻水泥环、水力射流钻进等各环节的工艺控制,使得钻井施工得以顺利完成。该井的顺利实施,为油田开采地层剩余油、挖潜增效、提高采收率提供了一条新的技术途径。The drilling technology of ultra-short radius horizontal well can make old wells put back on production, significantly increase the production rate and recovery ratio, and reduce the cost of drilling operation. Therefore, it is an effective approach for tapping the potential of reservoir and stabilizing and increasing the production, and especially, the technology is suited for the development of thin reservoir, vertical fracture, viscous oil and low permeability reservoir. The Wei 2- Jing 46 well is the first sidetracking ultra-short radius horizontal well without milling cut casing, through rational application of milled window in casing, drilling cement mantle, and hydraulic jet technology and so on, Wei 2- Jing 46 well was drilled successfully. The application of these technologies provided a new measure for exploiting the remaining oil and enhancing the recovery ratio.
