摘 要:随着开发的逐步深入和注水规模的扩大,塔河油田碎屑岩油藏高含水水平井日益增多,堵水成为后期开展水平井综合治理的最重要措施之一。然而由于塔河碎屑岩油藏具有超深、高温、高盐、底水活跃、非均质性强等显著特点,常用的或单一乳化剂形成的乳化液堵剂稳定性和地层配伍性差,整体堵水效果较差。为此,基于活性混合油堵水的基本原理,探索采用塔河自产的稠油和稀油,通过优化混配比例和乳化体系,研制出活性混合油堵剂,并利用物理模拟手段系统评价该堵剂封堵性能及注入速率、渗透率、非均质性对其的影响,对形成具有塔河油田特色的乳状液堵剂体系具有重要的理论指导作用,对碎屑岩油藏稳油控水、提高堵水有效率有重要的实践意义。With deep development and enlarging the scale of water injection, horizontal wells with high water cut is becoming more and more, and water plugging is used as one of the most important means for comprehensive adjustment. However, emulsion plugging agents used usually and made by single emulsion are unstable and unmatched to formation, and it’s inefficient for water plugging to use this kind of emulsion plugging agents, because of deep burial, high temperature and salinity, active bottom water and serious heterogeneity of Tahe Oilfield clastic reservoir. Based on the main principle of active mixed oil water plugging, the active mixed oil plugging agent was developed through optimal mixture between Tahe heavy oil and thin oil, and optimal choice of the best emulsion system. And the effects of injection speed, permeability, heterogeneity on plugging performance were evaluated using physical simulation equipment. These study and conclusions have important leading meaning for improving effective rate of water plugging in Tahe Oilfield clastic reservoir.
