摘 要:传统电磁线圈发射器对电枢的推力主要来自于侧面的螺旋线圈,而在底部没有直接的物体作用。设计了一种新型电磁线圈发射器,在底部增加一个圆盘线圈,在筒状电枢的尾部增加一个圆盘电枢。介绍了新型电磁线圈发射器的组成和工作原理,对发射器模型和外接电路进行场路耦合分析,得到了线圈电流、电枢加速力和速度等动态特性;把场路耦合得到的线圈电流结果加载到发射器三维有限元模型上进行磁-结构耦合分析,得到了线圈的应力分布规律。结果显示新型电磁线圈发射器在发射器第一级中电枢同时被两个线圈推动向前运动,产生的推力更大,适合大质量物体的发射。The thrust to the armature mainly comes from the lateral helix coil in the traditional electromagnetic coil launcher,but no object at the bottom.A new electromagnetic coil launcher(NEMCL) was designed in which a pancake coil was added to the bottom of barrel,a disk armature was added to the tail of the sleeve armature.The structure composition and working principle of NEMCL were introduced.Field-circuit coupling analysis of NEMCL model and external circuit was set up,dynamic characteristic such as current of drive coil,accelerative force and speed of armature was obtained;the results of drive current through field-circuit coupling was loaded to 3D finite element model,the law of the stress distribution in drive coil was obtained.The results show that greater forces were produced in the first stage of NEMCL and heavy loads were fit for launching.
