轴压复合节能轻质墙板有限元分析

摘  要:为研究轴心受压复合节能轻质墙板受力性能,以轴压墙板试验为基础,建立了轴压墙板的有限元模型。通过与轴压墙板试验研究结果进行比较,验证了所建轴压复合节能轻质墙板有限元模型的正确性。利用该有限元模型,探讨了自攻螺钉间距、直径等参数对轴压复合节能轻质墙板承载能力影响程度与规律。通过研究可知,自攻螺钉间距、直径与薄面板强度、弹性模量等参数对墙板轴压承载能力有较大影响。并以此为基础,提出复合节能轻质墙板轴压承载力简化计算公式。In order to study the performance of light weight energy-saving composite wall on vertical loads,the finite element models of composite wall were established which was based on the composite wall specimens test research.The finite element models were verified rationally and correctly in the paper,through compared with the composite wall test results.The finite element model can be used to analyze the load-bearing capacity of composite wall.Various factors affecting degree and rules of performance of composite wall with simply supported end were analyzed,such as the span of self-tapping screw,the diameter of self-tapping screw,the strength of thin panel and the elastic modulus of thin panel,etc.The results show that the load-bearing capacity of composite wall increases with the increase of the number of self-tapping screw,the diameter of self-tapping screw,the strength of thin panel and the elastic modulus of thin panel,etc.The load-bearing capacities calculate formula of composite wall on vertical loads was proposed.
