摘　　要：在介绍德国创新系统的基础上,分析了德国创新系统的典型特征:如高度专业化的各类中介服务机构、健康的企业创新生态环境、分工明确的公共科研机构、大学教育与职业教育并重的教育体系等。得出了几点启示并提出了相关的政策建议。Some typical characteristics, such as a variety of highly specialized intermediary services organizations, the healthy innovation ecological environment of enterprise, the clear division of public research institutions, the education system which university education equal vocational education, has been analyzed in this paper based on introducing German innovation system. And then, we reached some enlightenment and policy suggestions.
