摘 要:生产企业进行产品生态创新、再制造能够缓解产品生态设计要求和废旧产品的回收处理责任带来的双重环保压力。借鉴哈耶克的社会秩序规则二元观建立面向再制造的生态创新演化的分析框架,运用演化博弈方法探讨内部和外部规则的形成过程。结果表明,围绕企业股东和非股东利益相关者策略选择演化形成的内部规则存在条件性,这个条件可以从外部规则中得到满足,即要求政府承担更高的环保责任,并且激励更多的企业更快地向实施生态创新与再制造的策略演化。对于企业而言,除了遵守法规以外,更重要的工作是如何深层次地将产品的生态创新与再制造结合。By the eco-innovation and remanufacturing, the producers mitigate the double environmental pressures which derived from the requirements of eco-design and recycling responsibility of wasted products. Based on so- cial order dualism promoted by Hayek, this paper establishes an evolutionary framework of eco-innovation focused on remanufacturing, then uses evolution game to study the formation process of internal and extemal rules. The re- sult shows that internal rules are conditional to form around the stakeholders about the producer's strategy choice. The external rules can make for the internal rules' conditions, if government takes more environmental responsibili- ty, and urge much more producers to put eco-innovation and remanufacturing into practice faster. For producers, in addition to obeying the laws or industry regulations, the more deeply important work is that how to integrate the eco-innovation and remanufacturing, which will be a key issue in operation management.
