摘　　要：首钢京唐公司属于长流程大型钢铁企业,工艺气体系统生产运行实践中用量与建厂初期设计用量存在一定的差距,造成氧气存在一定程度的放散及后备泵的长期在线运行。为解决这一问题,提出了对新增氧煤枪冷却用中压氮气系统管道进行改造,达到在生产实践中优化工艺气体系统设计的目的。Shougang Jingtang united steel co. , ltd. is a large scale steel enterprise with the long process production. There is a gap between the usage amount in practice production run and in the ini tial design of the process gas system. Resuh in the oxygen is diffused at a certain degree and the back up pump run online in a long time. In order to solve this problem, proposed that transformation of the medium pressure nitrogen system piping for cooling the new oxygen coal gun. To achieve the op timization of design system with proeess gas in the produetion practice.
