摘  要:海水循环冷却技术是海水直流冷却的替代技术,其关键在于海水冷却塔、阻垢技术、防腐技术和防生物附着技术。该套技术在我国经过20年的发展,进行工业化应用的时机已经成熟。受消费和原料驱动,钢铁企业呈现向临海港口集中的趋势,为钢铁企业利用海水提供了前提,国家节水政策促使钢铁企业利用海水提上日程,钢厂自备电厂由于自身冷却水特点,可率先采用海水循环冷却技术。The seawater circulatory cooling technology should take the place of the seawater DC cool ing technology. The key to apply the seawater circulatory cooling technology lies in the sea water cool ing towers, scale inhibition, anticorrosion and anti biofouling technology. There is a good opportunity of its large scale application after 20 years of development. Now the steel mills development is being concentrated in coastal regions for the consumer group and the transport of raw materials. And the steel mills should to use sea water for the national policy for saving water. With these preconditions and the cooling water characteristics in the power plant owned by steel plant, the sea water circulatory cooling technology could be adopted first.
