摘　　要：目的:研究高脂高蛋白饮食对吡非尼酮药动学的影响。方法:10名健康受试者空腹单次口服吡非尼酮片400mg,经1周清洗期,给予高脂高蛋白饮食同时单次口服吡非尼酮片400mg。采用高效液相色谱法测定血药浓度,用SPSS13.0统计软件计算两者的药动学参数,并评价高脂高蛋白饮食对吡非尼酮药动学的影响。结果:空腹组和高脂高蛋白饮食组主要药动学参数分别为:tmax(0.63±0.23)、(0.70±0.19)h,cmax(11.97±1.34)、(9.21±1.24)μg/ml,t1/2(0.33±0.10)、(0.33±0.09)h,AUC0-12h(29.54±8.50)、(25.20±7.77)μg.h/ml,其中cmax比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:高脂高蛋白饮食可影响吡非尼酮的药动学参数。OBJECTIVE： To study the effect of high lipid and protein diet on the pharmacokinetics of pirfenidone. METHODS： 10 healthy volunteers received single oral dose of Pirfenidune tables 400 mg on an empty stomach, or in combined with high lipid and protein diet after a week cleaning period. Plasma concentrations of pirfenidone were measured by HPLC. The pharmacokinetic pa- rameters were calculated by SPSS software （version 13.0）, and the effect of high lipid and protein diet on pirfenidone was evaluated. RESULTS： The main pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows in empty stomach group and high lipid and protein diet group： tmax （0.63 ± 0.23）h and （0.70 ±0.19） h; cmax（11.97 ± 1.34） gg/ml and （9.21 ± 1.24） gg/ml; t1/2（0.33 ± 0.10） h and （0.33 ± 0.09） h; AUC0-12 h（29.54 ± 8.50）μg/h. mL and （25.20 ± 7.77） ixg-h/ml, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in the cmax（P〈0.001 ）. CONCLUSIONS： High lipid and protein diet can influence the laharmacokinetic oarameters of oirfenidone.
