摘 要:以来自不同国家的34个草莓品种为试材,利用ISSR分子标记开展分类与遗传多样性分析,建立遗传树状图,揭示品种之间的亲缘关系。结果表明:11个ISSR引物共扩增出79条DNA谱带,平均每个引物扩增7.18条,其中多态性谱带占59条,多态性比率为74.68%。供试草莓品种的遗传相似系数在0.71~0.99之间,聚类分析将34份草莓供试品种在简单相似系数0.75处分成7个类群。ISSR分子标记的分类结果与草莓的地理分布有一定的相关性;鉴别出目前福建省和广东省的主栽品种法兰地和美国品种甜查理为同物异名。ISSR were used to detect the genetic diversity among 34 strawberry accessions from different countries,to establish genetic tree and reveal the genetic relationships between the varieties.The results showed that eleven ISSR primers produced 79 DNA bands with averaged 7.18 DNA bands each primer pair;in which 59 were polymorphic bands with the ratio of 74.68%.The genetic similarity coefficient between the varieties was 0.71 to 0.99,34 strawberry accessions were classified into 7 groups at similarity coefficient of 0.75.The results from ISSR molecular markers were correlated obviously with the geographical distribution of the Strawberry accessions.The varieties of "Fualandi" in Fujian and Guangdong province with "Sweet Charlie" in American were proved to be a synonym.
