发展循环农业与防控水土流失的对策思考——以福建省长汀县为例

摘　　要：福建长汀是南方水土流失较为严重的区域,经20多年治理,取得明显成效。但是,水土流失初步治理区生态系统仍十分脆弱,经济发展和生态建设的矛盾仍较为突出。本文在分析当前存在问题的基础上,提出发展循环农业,转变发展方式,优化农业产业,防控水土流失的发展思路,并提出充分利用资源,农牧有效结合,培肥红壤地力,调整种养结构,增量提质保质,维护生态环境,推动持续发展等系列具体对策。Changting County is the severe soil and water loss region in Fujian province.Ecological treatment for about 20 years,the ecological condition in Changting County has been improved prominently.But the environment conditions in the areas soil erosion controlled initially were still fragile,and there were still some serious conflicts between economic development and ecological construction.Based on the analysis of current status and problems existed in Changting County,this paper put forward the ideas to improve soil and water conservation by developing circular agriculture.Finally,countermeasures were proposed to make full use of resources,combine agriculture with animal industry,enrich the red soil fertility,adjust the crop planting structure and protect the ecological environment.
