摘　　要：互联网的产生和发展,深刻影响着人们的生活。依托互联网而形成的各类网络社区已经成为人们新的交往、沟通空间。以陕西部分网络社区的管理为研究对象,在充分论证网络社区的内涵、特征和管理机制等学理问题的基础上,深入剖析网络社区管理存在的现实问题及其内在原因,并以此为平台,从政府管理体制改革、管理队伍建设、畅通网络渠道、加强网络自律等维度全面探索网络社区管理的方法路径。Emergence and development of Internet deeply influences people＇s lives. All kinds of network communities formed relying on the Internet have become new space for association and communication of the people. Taking portion of Shaanxi network management of the network community as the study object and based on the full demonstration of the scholarly issues regarding the connotation, characteristics and management mechanism of the network community, the paper has profoundly analyzed the existent actual problems and their inherent causes of the network community. Then, taking the above study results as a platform, the paper explores in an overall way the methods and paths for the network community management in dimensions such as the reform of the government management system, construction of man- agement team, opening channels of the network and strengthening of self - discipline of the network.
