摘  要:蚕豆火肿病由巢豆油壶菌(Olpidium Viciae Kusano)引起,症状特点是病部产生小瘤状突起。我们对该病的组织病理学研究表明是一种增生型组织病变,病菌仅定殖在侵入叶、茎的表皮细胞内,病菌的侵染引起邻近侵染点的表皮细胞及其下的叶肉细胞或茎的皮层组织细胞转化为分生细胞,并不断分裂增生和细胞体积增大,导致蚕豆病组织发生畸形增生的病理解剖改变,To understand the physiological mechanism of induced histopathology and symptom of broad bean blister caused by Olpidium Viciae, the endogenous phytohormone levels of Zeatin (ZT), Indoleacetic acid (IAA), Gibberellin (GA), Cytokinins (KT) and Abscisic acid (ABA) in diseased and healthy tissues of leav- es were determined by High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HLPC). The results showed that the levels of five endogenous hormones were higher in diseased tissues than in healthy tissues. At the early period of symptom development, a large increase in level of five hormones in the diseased tissue was detected along with active the cell division. At the late period of symptom development, the cell division in tumor tissues gradually stopped with the exception of a continuous increase in the rate of GA in tumor tissue. The increase rate of other hor- mones in tumor tissues decreased obviously but the contents of those hormones were still higher in diseased tis- sues than in healthy tissues. Changes in level of five endogenous hormones in diseased tissues reflected physio- logical mechanism of inducing histopathological change and symptom of broad bean blister.
