摘　　要：为进一步了解贵州省苔藓植物的多样性,对2004年采自贵州省铜仁地区江口县梵净山国家级自然保护区老金顶的标本进行鉴定和查阅相关资料发现:标本F1462b为顶苞苔科(Acrobolbaceae)钝角顶苞苔〔Acrobolbus ciliatus(Mitt.)Schiffn〕,顶苞苔科为贵州省新记录科,钝角顶苞苔为贵州省新记录种;描述和讨论了该种的地理分布和形态特征的差异。标本存放于贵州大学植物标本室(GACP)。In order to further understand the diversity of bryophytes in Guizhou Province, By identifying and searching for some relevant information about specimens of F1462b founded in Fanjingshan National Nature Reserve in Jiangkou County of Tongren Region of Guizhou Province in 2004. Results： Acrobolbaceae is a new record family in Guizhou Province, and Acrobolbus ciliates is a new record species in Guizhou Province. the author also described and discussed the distribution and morphological characteristics of the species. The specimen was deposited in the Herbarium of Guizhou University （ GACP ）.
