摘  要:为分离正安野木瓜果实中的抗菌活性组分并鉴定其中所含的抗菌物质及研究其抗菌谱,采用活性跟踪法、萃取和硅胶柱层析技术对正安野木瓜果实60%乙醇提取物进行抗菌活性组分的分离纯化。从乙醚萃取物中分离筛选得到抗菌活性组分Ⅱ②-1后,采用气相-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)鉴定组分Ⅱ②-1中的化学成分,牛津杯法研究抗菌活性组分Ⅱ②-1的抗菌谱。结果表明:从正安野木瓜果实60%乙醇提取物中分离到具有最强抗菌活性组分Ⅱ②-1,其主要成分为邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯,相对含量为95.389%。组分Ⅱ②-1对金黄色葡萄球菌、伤寒沙门氏菌、大肠杆菌、乙型副伤寒沙门氏菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和阴沟杆菌有显著的抗菌活性。结论,正安野木瓜果实中含有抗菌谱较广的活性化合物邻苯二甲酸二异辛酯。To isolate the antimicrobial active components from Zheng' an Stauntonvine fruit, and identify the structure of active substance and study the antimicrobial spectrum of them, the author separate and purify 60% ethanol-solution extract of Zheng'an Stauntonvine fruit by the process of antimicrobial activity tracing method, leaching and silica gel column chromatography technology. After obtaining antimicrobial active fra. II ②-1 from diethyl ether leaching extract, the author analyzed fra. II ②-1 containing compounds by GC-MS, and studied the antimicrobial spectrum of fra. II ②-1 by Oxford cup method. The results showed that the essential component was 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, diisooctyl ester with the relative amount of 95. 389% in active fra. li ②-1. Fra. II ②-1 had distinguished antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Salmonella typhosa , Escherichia coli , Salmonella paratyphi , Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus cloacae. Conclusion: Zhcng'an Stauntonvine fruit contains a wider antimicrobial spectrum active compounds of 1,2-Benzenedicarboxylic acid, diisooctyl ester.
