摘　　要：根据造林面积不断增长过程中出现的造林投资标准、种苗工程、造林后期管理等方面存在的问题,从如何加强林地林木保护、科技支撑、种苗培育,增加投入,促进人工林造林质量管理与森林灾害预防等方面,提出了相应的对策和建议,以期对人工造林质量管理提供借鉴与参考。According to the existing problems in investment criteria, seedling engineering, follow - up af- forestation management etc. in afforestation area expanding process, the paper puts forward relevant coun- termeasures and suggestions as how to strengthen forest land and tree protection, enhance sci -tech sup- port, improve seedling cultivation, increase investment, promote forest plantation quality control and forest disaster prevention etc. with an aim to provide references for artificial afforestation quality control.
