摘 要:为探索入侵植物飞机草对烟草花叶病毒的抗病毒活性,为其综合治理及在植物源农药方面的进一步开发提供理论依据,采用半叶枯斑法研究了飞机草不同溶剂提取物的抗烟草花叶病毒活性。结果表明:1)飞机草的甲醇、乙醇、石油醚和乙酸乙酯提取物均具有一定的抗病毒活性,当浓度为10mg/mL时,其提取物对烟草花叶病毒侵染的抑制率在36.40%~48.12%,对病毒增殖的抑制率在47.41%~60.93%。2)随着提取物浓度的提高,其活性也相应提高,呈现出显著的浓度剂量效应。其中,乙醇提取物对病毒的钝化和增殖的抑制活性最强抑制率分别为42.18%和60.93%;甲醇提取物的治疗活性最强抑制率为48.12%;石油醚提取物的保护作用最显著,抑制率可达50.39%。结论:研究首次报道了飞机草的抗烟草花叶病毒活性,扩展了植物源TMV抑制剂筛选的范围,为综合利用飞机草提供了更广阔的思路。In order to explore the anti-TMV for its comprehensive management and further activity of E. odoratum and provide a theoretical reference development as botanical pesticide, different extracts of E. odoratum were screened for inhibitory activities against TMV by half-leaf method. Results: 1) At the concentration of 10 mg/mL extracts of methanol, ethanol, petroleum ether and ethyl acetate showed moderate activity with the inhibition rate range of 36.40% ~48. 12% in vivo and 47.41% ~60.93% in vitro. 2) The inhibition rate of TMV increased with increasing concentrations of extracts in a dose- dependent manner. Among them extract of ethanol showed the best inactivation and replication effect against TMV with inhibition rates of 42. 18% and 60.93% respectively, while extract of methanol and ethyl acetate had the best curative effect and protection effect with inhibition rate of 48.12% and 50.39% separately. The present works will provide a base for further exploration of the invasive plant F.. odoratum comprehensively.
