ZETAⅡ肥料对烤烟前期生长、产质量和土壤微生物活性的影响

摘　　要：为给烤烟前期早生快发、高产优质提供有效的技术支撑,通过田间试验研究了韩国公司研制的新型肥料ZETAⅡ对烤烟前期生长、土壤微生物活性及烤烟产质的影响。结果表明:该肥料明显增加了烤烟前期株高、叶片数、最大叶长和叶宽;烤烟前期烟株干重增加17%左右;追施2次ZETAⅡ肥料处理的烤烟产量和产值明显增加,并且达到显著性差异,其中产量增加92.70kg/hm2,产值增加3 440.05元/hm2,中上等烟比例增加13.77%。追施2次ZETAⅡ肥料处理的中部叶化学成分都明显高于对照,而且在优质烟叶范围之内,主要化学成分协调性良好。追施2次ZETAⅡ肥料处理的土壤微生物碳氮含量以及细菌和放线菌数量都明显高于对照。总之,追施2次ZETAⅡ肥料不仅能明显促进烤烟前期生长和显著提高烟叶产质,还能明显提高土壤微生物活性。In order to provide an effective technical support for the early growth and soil microbial activity and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, a field experiment was conducted to study the effects of ZETA Ⅱ fertilizer developed by Korean company on the early growth and soil microbial activity and yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco. The results showed that the fertilizer was significantly beneficial to early growth of flue-cured tobacco, such as plant height and number of leaves and maximum leaf length and width. Dry weights of whole plants were increased by about 17% after applying ZETA II fertilizer with dressing twice. Yield and value of flue-cured tobacco were significantly increased and reached significant differcence after applying ZETA Ⅱ fertilizer with dressing twice. Especially the yield, value and middle and upper grade proportion was respectively increased by 92.70 kg/ha and 3 440.05 Yuan/ha and 13.77% ffo. Chemical contents of middle leaves of tobacco after applying ZETA Ⅱ fertilizer with dressing twice was significantly higher than CK, and those was all in the range of high quality tobacco, and the coordination of the main chemical components was good in them. Soil microbial biomass C and N, as well as the number of bacteria and actinomycetes were significantly higher than CK after applying ZETA Ⅱ fertilizer with dressing twice. In a word, ZETA Ⅱ fertilizer with dressing twice was not only obviously conducive to early growth and significantly can increase yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco, but also can obviously enhance soil microbial activity.
