摘  要:为揭示东平湖湖滨带3种不同土地利用土壤碳通量特征及其与各影响因子的关系,利用LI-8100开路式土壤碳通量测量系统,研究了温度和水分对东平湖湖滨带农田土壤碳通量日变化的影响。结果表明:农田土壤碳通量的日变化基本呈单峰曲线;在日时间尺度上,棉田、萝卜田土壤碳通量与温度均无显著相关,而小麦地与温度均表现为显著指数相关;除棉田土壤碳通量与土壤湿度表现为显著二次相关外,小麦地、萝卜田与水分均无显著相关,棉田和小麦地温度和水分对土壤呼吸速率均有影响;由4个因子共同拟合出的模型能解释土壤碳通量62%以上的变化。温度和水分不是造成秋季东平湖农田土壤呼吸差异的主要原因,土壤呼吸差异可能受植被和人为活动的影响较大。The effect of tempreture and moisture on daily soil carbon flux variation of corplands of Dongping lakeside zone was studied by the LI-8100 automated soil CO2 flux system to reveal soil carbon flux characteristics of three different land utilization types and the relationship between different influence factors. The daily soil carbon flux variation of corplands presented a unimodal curve basically. There was no significant correlation between soil carbon flux and tempreture in cotton and turnip field based on the daily time scale, but there was a significant index correlation between soil carbon flux and tempreture in wheat field. There was no significant correlation between soil carbon flue and moisture in wheat and turnip field but there was a significant quadratic correlation between soil carbon flux and soil humidity in cotton field. Tempreture and moisture both had the effect on soil respiration rate of cotton and wheat fields. The model fitted from four factors could explain changes of over 62% soil carbon flux. Tempreture and moisturebwere not the main factor affecting soil respiration difference of different land utilization types and the soil respiration difference may be caused by vegetation and human activities mainly.
