贵州省几种猪繁殖障碍性疫病抗体水平检测

摘　　要：为了解贵州省规模化养猪场繁殖障碍性疫病的感染情况,采用ELISA检测试剂盒,对贵阳、遵义、都匀和凯里4个地区的猪场送检血清进行CFSV、PRRSV、PCV2、PPV、PRV及JEV抗体水平检测。结果表明:免疫猪群中,CFSV、PRRSV、PPV、PRV及JEV抗体阳性率分别为96.3%、63.8%、88.6%、75.1%和78.5%;非免疫猪群中,PRRSV、PCV2、PPV、PRV及JEV感染抗体阳性率分别为52.1%、61.3%、30%、17.9%和30.9%。免疫猪群中,除PRRSV的群体免疫水平有待提高外,其余群体免疫水平均较好;非免疫猪群中,PRRSV、PCV2、PRV、PPV和JEV野毒感染普遍存在,其中PRRSV和PCV2较为严重,应引起重视。To explore current infection status of CFSV, PRRSV, PCV2, PRV, PPV several pig farms in Guizhou, 327 blood samples were collected from large-scale pig farms Zunyi, Duyun and Kaili, then serology detection was performed through indirect ELISA. and JEV in in Guiyang, The results showed that the antibody positive rates of CFSV, PRRSV, PRV, PPV and JEV were 96.3%, 63.8%, 88.6%, 75. 1% and 78. 5% respectively in vaccinated pigs and the antibody positive rates of PRRSV, PCV2, PRV, PPV and JEV were 52. 1%0, 61. 3~//oo, 30~, 17. 9% and 30. 9~//00 in non-vaccinated pigs respectively. These data suggest that immunity against PRRSV was not satisfactory on the breeding pig farms and the immunity effect of others was perfecter. There was serious latent infection of PCV2 and PRRSV in non-vaccinated pigs. The pig breeders should pay close attention to PRRSV, PCV2, PRV, PPV and JEV, because the subclinical infection of these disease were very general.
