摘  要:本文介绍了一种阴极旋转电解法制备纳米铜粉的方法。通过正交实验得出了电流密度、H+浓度、Cu2+浓度最佳参数,研究了分散剂、阴极板转速对制粉的影响,并对其原理进行了分析。制备出了粒径在20~50nm,形貌近似球形的纳米铜粉。This paper introduced the rotary cathode electrolytic method for preparation of nano copper powder. The optimum current density, H+ concentration and Cu2+ concentration were obtained from orthogonal experiment. The influence of dispersant and cathode plate ro- tational speed on the resulted powder were analyzed. Meanwhile, the principle was also in- vestigated. As the results, the approximately spherical nano copper powder was realized, and the particle size was between 20 and 50 nm.
