摘 要:树脂作为包覆剂包覆的铁粉,通过温压、热处理获得磁粉芯软磁复合材料(SMCs)。本文研究了树脂包覆剂含量、二次温压和热处理对在不同的频率下材料的磁导率和磁损耗的影响。结果表明随着测试频率的增加,SMCs的磁损耗是逐渐增加的,磁导率则是先增大后减小;而随着包覆剂含量的增加,磁损耗和磁导率都逐渐降低;包覆剂含量约为1%是完全包覆的临界值。掺入SiO2纳米粉可以明显降低磁损耗。二次温压可以使磁导率具有较好的频率特性,经500℃、1h热处理可以降低磁粉芯的磁损耗。二次加大压力温压可以极大地提高材料的磁导率,最高可达到688.19(f=50Hz,Hm=1200A/m,N1=10,N2=3,ρ=7.56g/cm3)。In the study, iron powder coated with resin was employed to realize the soft mag- netic composites (SMCs) by warm compaction and annealing process. The effects of resin content, two-steps warm compaction and annealing process on the SMCs' permeability and magnetic loss were investigated according to different frequency. The test results showed that with an increasing frequency, the magnetic loss of SMCs increased, while permeability increased first and decreased subsequently. The magnetic loss and permeability of SMCs de- creased gradually as coating agent increased, and 1 ~if0 was the critical value of coating agent content for complete coating of iron powder. The addition of nano-SiO2 into the resin signifi- cantly decreased the magnetic loss. Two-steps warm compaction process led to the stable permeability of the SMCs, while the hysteresis loss was reduced by annealing at 500 ℃ for 1 hour. Two-steps warm compaction with higher pressure greatly increased the permeability, and the resulted maximum permeability was 688. 19 (f=50 Hz, Hm=1200 A/m, N1=10, Nz z3, p=?. 56 g/cm3).
