摘 要:为了提高钢基表面的硬度和耐磨性,本文利用真空消失模铸渗与自蔓延相结合来制备TiC/FeCr增强钢基表面复合材料,重点研究了Cr含量对涂层硬度和耐磨性、涂层组织的影响,结果表明,随着压坯中Cr含量的增加,涂层的硬度和耐磨性先提高后下降,涂层中TiC和FeCr颗粒分布趋于均匀,其中Cr含量为20%(质量分数)为最好。In this investigation, in order to improve the hardness and wear resistance of the steel matrix surface, TiC/FeCr reinforced steel matrix surface composites were prepared by vacuum evaporative pattern casting (V-EPC) infiltration process and Self-propagating high- temperature synthesis (SHS). The paper also studied the effects of Cr content on the hard- ness, wear resistance and microstructure of the coating. The results showed that, with the increase of Cr content in compaction, the coating hardness and wear resistance first increased and then decreased. Meanwhile, the distribution of TiC and FeCr particles in the coatings become uniform, and 20% was the optimum Cr content leading to the most uniform distribu- tion of TiC and FeCr particles.
