摘　　要：首先对美军联合指控任务能力包的体系结构、技术特点进行了概括,然后对美军的联合指控任务能力包的组成进行了分析,最后针对我军指控系统的发展提出了建议和启示。In this paper, the architecture and technical features of the Mission Capability Package （MCP） in the US Navy are summa rized first, then the MCP composing structure of the joint command and control system （JC2S） in the US Navy is analyzed. Finally, some suggestions are proposed for the development of our command and control system.
