摘 要:随着科技水平的不断发展,装备越来越复杂,装备测试性设计已经和可靠性设计、维修性设计处于同等重要的地位。在进行测试性设计的过程中,开展测试性建模是一项基础工作。论文参考可靠性、维修性建模的思路,结合复杂装备的测试性特性,建立了测试性模型,包括物理模型和数学模型。文中所建立的测试性模型贴近复杂装备实际,适合于工程应用。The important position of equipment testability design is promoted to reliability design and maintainability design,as long as science and technology continuous developing, also the equipment is designed more and more complex. In the course of testability design, test- ability modeling is carried out as a basic work. The idea of reliability and maintainability are referenced, and the testability features of complex equipment is combined, testability model is built, include physical model and mathematical model. The testability model built in the paper is close to reality of complex equipment,suited to engineering application.
