摘 要:采用非水溶液电解法从某厂高铁弹簧钢扣件中无损伤地提取了非金属夹杂物,通过扫描电镜观察和能谱分析,确定了夹杂物的类型、尺寸及形状,并分析了其对扣件性能的影响。针对该钢种,计算了钢液-夹杂物-熔渣之间的化学平衡,得到CaO-SiO2-Al2O3系平衡时的等[O]线和等[Al]线,为实际生产降低氧含量及夹杂物控制提供了一定的理论依据。The inclusions in spring steel used in fastener of high-speed railway were ex- tracted without any damage by the electrolytic method in nonaqueous solution. The morphology, size and shape of inclusions were observed by SEM-EDS and the influences of these factors on performance of fastener in high-speed railway were also analyzed. Based on the composition of this spring steel, thermodynamic equilibrium among molten steel, inclusions and refining slag was calculated, and the iso[O] and iso-[A]; in CaO- SlO2-Al2O3 system were obtained, which could provide theoretical basis for oxygen and inclusions control in steelmaking process.
