摘 要:为解决电网故障诊断难以获得完备信息和标准化信息的问题,对故障诊断的信息需求进行了分析。在IEC61970和IEC 61850协调的基础上,设计了应用于故障诊断的统一信息模型。该信息模型采用统一建模语言描述,建模方法参考参考IEC 61970的公共信息模型和IEC 61850的层次模型,在全网范围建立起一次设备与二次装置的关联。探索了生成统一信息模型的转换规则。得到了一种整合故障诊断所需各种信息的可行方案,对推动故障诊断实用化的进程有积极意义。To relieve the difficulty to obtain complete and standardized information for power grid fault diagnosis application,the information demand of fault diagnosis is analyzed.Based on the coordination between IEC 61970 and IEC 61850,a uniform information model serving for fault diagnosis application is designed.The uniform information model is described in unified modeling language and its modeling approach refers to the common information model in IEC 61970 and the hierarchical model in IEC 61850.The uniform information model associates the secondary devices with primary equipments on the scope of the whole network.The transformation rules of generating the uniform information model are explored.A feasible solution for integration of all kinds of information required by fault diagnosis is obtained,which is meaningful for pushing the fault diagnosis into practice.
