摘　　要：本文运用Hoekman的频度测量法定量分析当前东盟区域服务贸易自由化的程度,揭示东盟区域服务贸易自由化的"GATS+"成效。本文认为东盟区域的服务贸易自由化在理论上已经取得明显的"GATS+"成效,但是,在现实中东盟区域服务贸易自由化仍面临诸多问题的考验,自由化进程并不乐观。With the development of global and regional service trade liberalization, ASEAN started the process of service trade liberalization. This paper makes use of Hoekman＇s approach to evaluate the extent of ASEAN service trade liberalization up to the present. Based on comparison with GATS, the paper tries to explore the ＂GATS plus＂ characteristics of ASEAN service trade liberalization. This paper argues that ASEAN trade service liberalization has already surpassed the GATS and had distinct ＂GATS plus＂ effect result. However, due to the actual limitations, the future of ASEAN trade service liberalization is not optimistic.
