厦门市岛内外一体化建设进程中湖里区物流产业的对策

摘　　要：厦门市以特区扩大到全市为契机,积极推进岛内外一体化建设。作为厦门现代物流发祥地和主要集聚地的湖里区,将面临集装箱干线逐步迁向岛外港区,原有的物流基础设施将面临适应性调整的挑战。湖里区需要更好地利用东渡港区的功能定位,通过投资环境的进一步改善留住现有物流企业,并吸引新的高端物流企业入驻,藉此实现本区物流产业升级。With the opportunity of the economic zone expansion,Xiamen pushes on internal and external integrated construction.Huli District functions as the birthplace and basement,has to face the challenge,which the infrastructure constructions suit to container primary routes moving to external of island.Thus,Huli has to effectively utilize the advantages of Dong-du port,improve the environment of investment to maintain the logistics enterprises,to attract advanced logistics enterprises and to upgrade regional logistics industry.
