摘　　要：企业必须打破传统的管理模式,进行流程再造,企业要满足顾客的个性化需求与服务,必需进行柔性化生产,柔性化生产模式对企业传统物流管理提出挑战,为提高企业适应市场变化能力,增加企业自身应变能力,降低成本缩短生产周期,企业必须对物流系统流程进行再造。The enterprise must break the traditional management mode,to take process reengineering,enterprise should to meet the individual needs and customer service,it must be flexible production,flexible production mode put challenge for the traditional enterprise logistics management,to improve the enterprise to adapt to changes in the market capacity,increase the enterprise＇s own ability and to reduce cost,shorten the production cycle,enterprise must rebuild logistics system process.
