摘　　要：随着通信业的发展,企业物流成为提升企业运营效益的新突破点。通过对企业物流规划,合理整合资源、改造自身的业务流程、提高物资周转速度、降低物流成本,从而提升企业运营效益。With the development of communication industry,enterprise logistics enterprises enhance the operating efficiency of the new breakthrough.Through to the enterprise logistics planning,rational integration of resources,to reform the business process,improve material turnover rate,reduce the cost of logistics,so as to enhance the enterprise operation efficiency.
