超市免费班车的现状及其改善——以乐购北京丰台东店为例

摘　　要：为了争夺客源和提升人气,北京的众多大型超市都开通了免费班车,并且其班车运营逐渐趋于成熟。以乐购北京丰台东店为例,通过发放调查问卷与司机乘客访谈等方式,从班车路线、客流量、站点、运营时间、车内设计等方面研究超市班车运营现状,发现问题,提出合理的建议,为其他超市免费班车的运营提供一些思路和参考。In order to compete for customers and enhance the popularity,many large supermarkets in Beijing have launched a free shuttle bus,and the bus operation gradually mature.Take Tesco Beijing Fengtai east store as an example,through questionnaires and the driver and passengers interviews,research status of supermarket bus operation status from the bus routes,passenger flow,site,operation time,interior design and other aspects of the buses,found the problems,and put forward reasonable suggestions,provide some ideas and reference for other supermarket free bus operation.
