摘　　要：学友交流是独立学院发展良好外部支撑环境的重要一环,亦是独立学院内涵式发展不可或缺的重要组成部分。在当下高校竞争日趋激烈的环境下,开展学友交流有利于整合独立学院的校友资源、促进多层面的交流合作、提高办学水平以及促进就业工作,对进一步推动独立学院的学风建设、可持续发展有着重要的意义。Students exchanging Support environment, as well as to develop students exchanging is an important part of the development of independent colleges＇ outside connotative development. would benefit of integrating Under colleges strong competition conditions, alumni resources and promote multifaceted exchanging and cooperation, It would also help promote job growth and improve running school level which is important for promoting study style＇s construction of the independent college.
