逍遥教学模式视阈下高校和谐教学共同体的构建

摘  要:逍遥教学模式是和谐教学共同体的原发状态,和谐教学共同体是逍遥教学模式的当代运用和体现,二者具有内在的统一性。在高校新一轮教学范式改革的推动下和"以人为本"教育方针的指导下,高校和谐教学共同体构建过程中呈现出一些新特点,也面临一些新问题。必须采取相应措施,开展教师教学和学生学习方面的创新,构筑教师、学生和学校之合力,以推动高校和谐教学共同体的构建。The happy teaching pattern and the harmonious teaching community have an intrinsic uni- formity in that the former is the primary state of the latter while the latter is the contemporary application and reflection of the former. Some new characteristics and some challenges of new issues emerge in the process of constructing the harmonious teaching community in colleges and universities under the impetus of the reform of the new teaching paradigm and under the guidance of "people-oriented" educational poli- cy. In accompany with the new changes some corresponding measures must be taken to boost the innova- tions of teachers' instruction and students' learning and strengthen the joint force from teachers, students and the management of colleges and universities with the ultimate goal to promote the construction of a harmonious teaching community in colleges and universities.
