复合压电振子非轴对称优化

摘  要:对悬臂梁式压电振子在外界激励下的电压输出进行了计算和分析。在分析了复合压电振子尺寸对输出电压影响的基础上,建立了悬臂梁结构的基本复合压电振子和非轴对称优化的复合压电振子模型。在体积与外界激励一定的情况下利用ANSYS软件进行了仿真分析。通过仿真分析可知优化后的复合压电振子输出电压较优化前提高了17.95%,同时其固有频率较优化前也有所降低。由此表明,经适当的非轴对称优化的压电振子对于再提高能量的转换效率具有一定的可行性和有效性。Calculation and analysis of the voltage of the piezoelectric oscillator in external excitation were made.On the basis of analysis of the impact of the size of the composite piezoelectric transducer of the output voltage,we established basic cantilever structure of composite piezoelectric oscillator and optimization model by non-axisymmetrical.Simulation analysis using ANASYS software in the same external situation was carried out.By simulation,the result shows that the optimized composite piezoelectric oscillator's output voltage is 17.95% higher than before optimization,and its natural frequency is decreased at the same time.It is suggested that optimizing piezoelectric oscillator by appropriate non-axisymmetrical to increase the collection efficiency of energy is feasible and effective.
