摘  要:从准确性、经济性、便携性等角度出发,对现有几种水质水样中氨氮、硝态氮的现场快速检测方法进行了对比与优化研究。结果表明:哈希法测试精度相对较高且稳定,但由于其检测成本高而影响其普及推广使用;国产电子比色器法检测精度差,但测试结果变化趋势与国标法一致,可用于水样的初步筛选;光度计法的检测精度较高,且比哈希法更具便携性和经济性,一定程度上可代替哈希法推广使用。需要指出的是,在采用哈希法检测氨氮时,需要结合实际考虑添加掩蔽剂,而采用该法检测硝态氮时,则不推荐添加掩蔽剂。This paper compares and optimizes several methods of field rapid detection for ammonia nitrogen and nitrate nitrogen in water and the results show that Hach test has the highest accuracy and stability,but its popularity and application are limited because of its detection cost. The test accuracy of domestic electronic colorimetric method is poor, but its changing trend for different water qualities is consistent with that of the international standard method,so it can be used for the preliminary screening of water samples. The test accuracy of spectrophotometer method in combination with domestic electronic colorimetric agents is good,and it is more economical and portable than Hach method, so it can take the place of Hach method to some extent. In addition,during the ammonia nitrogen inspection process with Hach method, it is needed to add some masking agents into the water samples according to the practice,but it is not recommended to add masking agent for the nitrate nitrogen test.
