摘 要:基于一些基本假设,运用流体动力学软件FLUENT对均匀充满9.5%瓦斯气体浓度的不同拐角二维方形巷道进行了数值模拟研究,并对不同拐弯巷道内瓦斯爆炸过程中的火焰传播速度、压力和温度进行了对比分析。结果表明:拐弯巷道内冲击波的速度、压力和温度等参数在传播过程中会逐渐增加;在巷道拐弯处会产生复杂的流场,并在局部区域内对冲击波有激励作用。该研究结果揭示了瓦斯在拐弯巷道内爆炸传播的本质,从而可为制定防爆抑爆措施提供理论依据。On the basis of some hypotheses, fluid dynamics software Fluent is used to simulate the numerical performance of a two-dimensional pipe at different truing angles, fulfilled with gas at a concentration of 9.5 %. Then the speed of flame propagation,pressure and temperature at different angles from the simulated gas explosion are collected, compared and analyzed. The study shows that the parameters such as the speed of shock wave,pressure and temperature are gradually increasing during the propagation. A complex flow field is produced at the truing, motivating the shock wave locally. The result reveals the nature of gas spread at the roadway corner and can provide theoretical basis for the measures of anti-explosion.
