摘  要:目的探讨脑钠肽(BNP)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)联合检测在慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者长期预后评估中的临床价值。方法检测武汉市第一医院2011年9月至2012年9月住院的慢性心力衰竭患者126例血浆BNP、hs-CRP水平,并与52例健康体检者对比,出院后随访1年,观察CHF患者心脏事件的发生情况。结果 CHF患者BNP、hs-CRP水平明显增高,CHF患者BNP、hs-CRP水平与对照组比较均有统计学意义。不同心功能分级患者之间BNP、hs-CRP水平随NYHA分级的增高而增高,且都高于对照组。结论血浆BNP、hs-CRP水平监测对CHF患者的预后评估具有重要的临床意义。Objective To evaluate the long-term clinical value of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP)and high- sensitivity C- reactive protein ( hs- CRP) in patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Methods The plasma BNP and hs-CRP levels in 126 CHF patients were measured and compared with 52 subjects as normal control. These patients were followed up for a mean period of 1 year to observe the occurrence of cardiac events. Results BNP and hs-CRP levels were significantly higher in patients with CHF. Compared with control group, BNP and hs-CRP levels in CHF patients change significantly. Besides, for CHF patients, with the NYNA grades raises, BNP and hs-CRP levels increase progressively, During follow-up period, CHF patients with cardiac events have higher BNP and hs-CRP levels than patients without cardiac events. Conclusion Monitoring of plasma BNP levels has important clinical significance to judge the prognosis in patients with CHF.
