摘　　要：提升就业力是解决大学生就业难问题的重要途径。欧美高校不断进行各种尝试,产生了很多成功的案例,虽然立足点各有特色,但均是通过高校、政府与私人部门的共同合作提升大学生就业能力。借鉴欧美高校的经验,我国可以从课程体系设置、人才培养模式改革、人才能力培养、重视实践教学等方面采取有效措施来提升大学生就业能力。Employment ability is an important way to solve the problem of employment of university students,the European and American College to make all kinds of effective attempt,have many successful cases,although their foothold,but its meaning is the mutual cooperation of University,the government and the private sector,to improve the employment ability of University students.From Europe and the United States college experience,our country can take effective measures from the curriculum system from the establishment,talent training mode reform,from strengthening the ability,from their teaching practice to enhance the employability of College students.
