摘　　要：概括了创新型经济和"弯道超车"理论,阐述了"弯道超车"理论在指导创新型经济建设实践中的作用,分析了珠三角地区所面临"弯道超车"的战略机遇期以及通过"弯道超车"发展创新型经济的可行性,并从实施"弯道超车"的落脚点、路径、动力和智力支撑四个方面来分析其对珠三角地区发展创新型经济的启示。This paper the innovative economy and ＂overtaking around the curve＂ theory, explains the role＂overtaking around the curve＂ theory plays in guiding the construction of innovative economy, and then analyzes ＂overtaking around the curve＂ strategy opportunities period faced by the Pearl River Delta region and the feasibility of developing innovative economy through ＂overtaking around the curve＂. Its implications for the development of innovative economy in the Pearl River Delta have been put forward according to the implementation of ＂overtaking around the curve＂ theory＇s foothold,path, power and intelligence support.
