摘　　要：目的建立测定安神补心片中2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Lichrom C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-水(18∶82),流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为320 nm。结果 2,3,5,4'-四羟基二苯乙烯-2-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷进样量在0.027 0～0.432 0μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.56%,RSD=1.06%(n=6)。结论该法简便、准确,可用于安神补心片中首乌藤的质量控制。Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of the content of 2, 3, 5, 4＇-tetrahydroxy-stllbene-2- O-β -D- glucoside in Anshenbuxin Tablets. Methods The separation was achieved on the Lichrom Cls column（150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm） with acetonitrile-water （18：82） as the mobile phase; the flow rate was 1 mL/min; the detection wavelength was 320 nm. Results There was a good linear relationship （ r =0. 999 9） in the concentration range of 0. 027 0 -0. 432 0 μg for 2, 3, 5, 4＇ -tetrahydroxy - stilbene-2-O-β-D-glucoside. The mean recovery rate was 99.56%, RSD=1.06% （n=6）.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate, which can be used for the quality control of Anshenbuxin Tablets.
