慢性心力衰竭病人主要照顾者生活质量及影响因素研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨慢性心力衰竭病人主要照顾者的生活质量现状并分析其影响因素。[方法]采用一般资料调查表、健康调查简表(SF-36)、医院焦虑抑郁量表、中文版慢性心力衰竭病人照顾者客观负担量表对116例慢性心力衰竭病人的主要照顾者进行调查。采用相关及多元回归分析影响因素。[结果]除生命活力维度外,主要照顾者的生活质量各维度得分均明显低于国内常模。相关分析发现,主要照顾者的年龄、与病人关系、是否与病人同住、是否患有疾病、实用照顾负担与生活质量的多个维度均有相关性。进一步的多元逐步回归分析发现,主要照顾者本身是否患有疾病、年龄及抑郁是其生活质量的主要影响因素。[结论]慢性心力衰竭病人主要照顾者的生活质量低于一般人群。医护人员在关注心力衰竭病人康复的同时,不能忽视主要照顾者本身的健康状况及生活质量。Objective. To probe into status quo of the quality of life （QOL） of primary caregivers of patients with chronic heart failure （CHF） and analyze its influencing factors. Methods： A total of 116 primary caregivers of patients with CHF were investigated by using general information questionnaire.Mos 36-item short form health Survey, Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale and the Chinese Version of Dutch Objective Burden Inventory. The influencing factors were analyzed by using correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results.Except for the vitality dimension, the .scores of all dimensions of QOL in the primary caregivers were significantly lower than domestic norm. The results of correlation analysis showed that the primary caregivers＇ age, relationship with patient whether living with the patients or not, whether having disease or not, the practical care burden of primary caregivers were significant correlated with many dimensions of quality of life. Further multiple regression analysis showed whether having disease or not in primary caregivers themselves,age and depression of them were the main influencing factors of their quality of life. Conclusion：The QOL of the primary caregivers of patients with CHF is worse than that of general people. Medical workers cannot ignore the health status and QOL of primary caregivers at the same time concerning about the rehabilitation of patients with CHF.
