老年肾病病人长时间输液治疗对外周静脉血管损伤的临床观察

摘　　要：[目的]观察长时间输液治疗对老年肾病病人外周静脉的影响。[方法]对我院老年肾脏病科60岁以上因慢性肾功能不全需长时间静脉输液治疗的病人随机分为两组,试验组输液时采用水凝胶敷贴固定,对照组采用普通输液胶布固定,在静脉输液治疗1周、2周、3周评估血管情况。[结果]连续3周静脉输液治疗,对照组病人外周血管管径有不同程度的变细;静脉炎发生程度随输注时间的增加而加重;试验组血管无明显的变化,静脉炎发生率也显著降低。[结论]老年肾病病人经外周静脉长时间输液静脉血管变细,静脉炎程度加重。Objective： To observe influence of long time of infusion on peripheral venous in senile patients with kidney disease. Methods. he patients over 60 years old in elderly kidney disease department in our hospital were randomly divided into test group and control group. They needed long time of infusion therapy due to chronic renal insufficiency. Test group patients used hydrogel stickers for fixation when infusion. Control group patients used ordinary infusion tape for fixation, then the assessment of vascular was carried out after intravenous infusion treatment for 1 week, 2 weeks and 3 weeks. Results. After consecutive 3 weeks of intravenous infusion therapy,diameter of peripheral vascular of control group patients had thinned in varying degrees; the degree of phlebitis aggravated with infusion time increasing; no significant changes occurred in the blood vessels of test group patients, the incidence of phlebitis significantly reduced. Conclusion. Vein in elderly kidney disease patients became thinned after long time of infusion per peripheral venous and severity of phlebitis aggravated.
